Annual Maintenance Program

At Ace Bobcat we regularly get “911” calls   “HELP! We have septic backing up into our house!,   “Our lawn is really wet”, or “we have terrible smells and the neighbours are complaining”    Often when these calls come the cost to repair is expensive, takes time, and is a major disruption to the household and their yard.

The solution?

MAINTENANCE.  When you choose to have your septic system maintained just like you would your car, you will have a system that will will function properly and reduce the likelihood of having major problems.  Most type 1 and type 2 systems only require an annual maintenance. The cost is usually around $300/visit and includes a full maintenance report.  We maintain systems located on all smaller islands as well and there is an additional cost for ferry and travel.  Call the office for details or send an email to our maintenance department: Maintenance Department

Sign-Up for our annual maintenance program

At Ace we have an Annual Maintenance Program that has your system maintained regularly once a year. One of our technicians will contact you a couple of weeks before your scheduled appointment and let you know what date they will come out. You do not have to be present for the maintenance, but you are more than welcome to be there as well. You will receive a report after the maintenance is completed which details the findings and let’s you be aware of any issues, and offers recommendations.
