- We can maintain sewerage systems that have registered maintenance plans
in place. The Sewerage System Regulation states that the
registered maintenance plan must be followed and that only a certified
maintenance provider can maintain your sewerage system.

- If your system is not registered, no problem. Maintenance provides
peace of mind. Many systems are well on their way to failure just
because simple maintenance tasks are not being performed.

- Contracts are a great way to ensure that maintenance takes place on
a scheduled basis. They also help to establish liability protection
for the homeowner and us. Contracts are transferable and can be
cancelled at any time without penalty.
